Bali Travel Guide - Nightlife

In Ubud, the nightlife is much quieter and revolves around the cafes rather than bars or pubs. The more popular establishments are located on Jalan Dewi Sata and Jalan Monkey Forest. However, there are a few places which do cater to the midnight owls including a Jazz Cafe and the Putra Bar, which only closes when the last person leaves.

Sanur caters to an older crowd and as such, the nightlife here is not as vibrant as that found in Kuta. There are however still places where you can dance as well as wine and dine. Many of the hotels in Sanur have live bands, discos and bars.
