There are two terminals at the airport: one handles domestic flights and the other international flights. The terminals are linked and within walking distance of each other. Facilities at the airport are good but service can be quite slow. There are restaurants, cafes, bars and bars at the airport. A post office, left luggage counter, car rental, hotel information and reservations kiosks are conveniently placed for travellers.
There are also a few ATMs, several banks and a foreign exchange bureau which does not offer the best of rates. Duty free outlets, souvenir shops, newsagents and many other retail outlets are available. Wheelchair and assistance for physically challenged passengers is available if requested. Passengers are advised to request for assistance at the time of booking their tickets.

There are also regular taxi services available but prices are not fixed and have to be bargained. Kuta, Nusa Dua and Sanur are all very close to the airport, taking about 15 minutes to arrive at your hotel. Cars can also be hired at the airport if you prefer to make your own way to your hotel.
There are public buses that depart from the airport, but there are often long delays and the journey generally takes a very long time as there are various drop off and pick up points along the way.
Parking: there are over 2,000 parking spaces available at the Ngurah Rai Airport but less than 50 are available for long-term parking, which is not encouraged. Drivers park cars at their own risk and there have been occasional car break-ins.
