Introduction to Parapat, Indonesia
Parapat is a small township located on the shores of Lake Toba, on the island of Sumatra, Indonesia. It is famous for being the closest ferrying point between Lake Toba's outer shore and the island of Samosir, which occupies most of the lake’s surface area.
