December and January are the coldest months of the year with temperatures dipping to as low as 4°C at night. However, the city is less crowded at this time and a great time to visit if you enjoy the cold.

Delhi only has a short spring period, February and March, when the city is at its most beautiful. The parks are ablaze with colour, the weather is pleasant and everything seems to be just a little more relaxed.
