Amenities at the Indira Gandhi International Airport include facilities for disabled passengers, such as specially adapted toilets, ambulift facilities and a special parking area; three tourist information desks; left luggage; a children and infant lobby; banking and money exchanging facilities; railway reservation counter; international and local public phones; medical services; several duty-free shops and internet facilities.
Both terminals also have executive lounges with business facilities. Conferencing and banqueting facilities can be arranged at the Centaur Hotel which is located close to Terminal 2.

Another way of getting to the city is to catch a bus. Buses run every 25 minutes and the trip takes about one hour. Private coach services are more expensive, but are comfortable and reliable with door to door services available.
Parking: is available at both terminals: Terminal 2 has two car parks and Terminal 1 has one car park. A free transfer service to the car parks is offered from Terminal 2.
