Introduction to Kozhikode, India
Kozhikode, alternatively referred to as Calicut, is a vibrant city in southwest India’s Kerala State. Kozhikode is a verdant destination with lots of greenery and is ringed by mangrove forest. The city is criss crossed by waterways, the biggest of which is the River Kallayi. There is a great choice of hotels in Kozhikode, with many located in the environs of the railway station and the city centre.
