Foss Nesbud Hotel - Selfoss

This is a fine, but basic hotel, typical of this excellent chain. It's location in the hills of this magical area is both breathtaking and practical as a base from which to explore the South West of Iceland.

The rooms are small and simple but functional. They are decorated in neutral colours with plain, but good quality, furniture and vinyl floors. Both the rooms and the bathrooms are in very good condition.

The restaurant is a large room with a sloping wooden ceiling. It is also furnished with functional business-like furniture.

The lobby area is small.

This is a purpose built single storey hotel with brown wood walls.
