Victor Apartment Hotel - Budapest

A basic budget 2* hotel in what is a nice residential area not far from the city centre. The public areas are not particularly inspiring but if you are after a basic central budget hotel this is not a bad option.

This is simple no thrills accommodation with small beds and en-suite bathroom. Each room has a minibar, safe, telephone, television and even internet access.

There is no restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast is served in each room. Guests are given a breakfast menu at check-in and can order exactly what they want and can specify when they want it brought to their room each morning. Breakfast is continental.

The lobby looks like it is stuck in the 70's with most of the original furniture and decor seemingly still present. The reception desk is on the right as you enter and the rest of the lobby is filled with old lounge chairs.

Not the most attractive of modern apartment blocks, the building is 7 storeys tall with balconies on the front of the building.
