A property steeped in history with a central location.

The rooms vary greatly in size, most are at least medium-sized but appear larger due to the high ceilings, some are small and some are large and very spacious. All the bedrooms are decorated with coordinating bedcovers and curtains. The bedrooms are all in very good condition and are decorated in checked colours. All bathrooms are medium sized with a pastel colour scheme. Most bathrooms have a bath.

The restaurant is situated on the ground floor and is an impressive and elegant room in art-nouveau style, with a beautiful gallery running around the top overlooking the main dining room.

The reception area itself is small, however the lobby is now restored to reveal magnificent plasterwork which compliments the high ceiling. There is a comfortable seating area in which guests can relax and enjoy a drink from the bar.

The traditional facade is ornate and in keeping with the late 19th century art-nouveau style of the neighbouring buildings.
