This is a truly excellent hotel. It enjoys a good location with exceptional service, very comfortable rooms, modern facilities, as well as a selection of eateries. The fact that all rooms offer an outstanding view of the Danube is an added bonus. Indeed this is the only hotel in Budapest offering guests a guaranteed Danube view room.
The rooms are medium in size and kept in very good condition along with the bathrooms. All rooms face the Danube and have balconies which are decorated in bright sunny colours. They have modern facilities including air-conditioning and are fully equipped.
The hotel has three restaurants which are all located on the ground floor. An American style eatery is on the outside terrace (indoors during the winter). Inside is a typical Hungarian restaurant which plays gypsy music at night. There is also a more formal restaurant which doubles as the breakfast room. All offer very high quality cuisine.
Lobby:
The lobby is medium in size and decorated in warm dark woods giving a pleasant atmosphere. There is a small shop attached to the reception area and a patisserie counter in the centre of the seating area. The whole lobby is particularly welcoming and luxurious.
Exterior:
This is a modern building with an outside terrace which overlooks the Danube.
