Danubius Hotel Flamenco - Budapest

The Danubius Hotel Flamenco is situated on the Buda side of the Danube River, and is within a short walk of Gellert Hill and Gellert Baths. The city centre can be reached by a brisk 20 minute walk or via buses or trams, that stop within a few minutes walk of the hotel. The slightly dated guest rooms at the Danubius Hotel Flamengo are an average size and have standard facilities. For those who want to stay in shape during their stay, there is a well equipped gym with personalized exercise programs, a decent sauna and a small size, heated indoor pool with a bar, that serves drinks and some snacks.

The rooms are medium in size and are in good condition with all the facilities one would expect of a reasonable 4 star hotel. The colour scheme is a little oppressive but not to the point of detracting from the overall comfort.

The main restaurant can seat 250 people and has a terrace area attached. There is a coffee shop adjoining the winter garden. All these eateries can be found on the ground floor. There is also a steakhouse on the lower ground floor which is decorated in dark woods and red velvet.

The lobby is large with a small shop and ample seating and is bright and airy.

The hotel is housed in a modern medium-rise building.
