The rooms are fabulously opulent combining immaculately restored original features with funky, modern furniture and rich coloured soft furnishings. They are all large or very large and both the rooms themselves and their state-of-the-art bathrooms are in exceptional condition.
The hotel's restaurant is absolutely magnificent - a beautifully restored example of the heady excesses of ninetheenth century decor bristling with decorative coving, sconces and gilt detailing, it is reminiscent of some of Vienna's grandest coffee houses.
