June and September tend to be that little bit cooler, rainfall is still virtually non-existent making for much more pleasant conditions for sightseeing.

Crete is an ideal winter destination with mild weather and temperatures typically around 15°C; a pleasant escape from a cold British winter. October to December dœes see the heaviest period of rainfall here, but it is still not too significant and shouldn’t prevent you enjoying a good holiday.
