Getting Around

Getting Around Corfu
Bus: the KTEL (Green Bus) company runs the island’s bus service and has a reputation for being efficient as well as very inexpensive. Buses leave from the central bus station and there are frequent services to Sidari, Benitses, Palaiokastritsa, Stefanos, Ipsos, Lefkemi and Agios Gordis.
The buses are usually air-conditioned and comfortable. There are also less frequent buses to other small destinations. The information booth at the central bus station has timetables and details of all routes.
Rental Vehicle: having your own vehicle on Corfu is a great way to really explore and get to some of those places outside of the main tourist drag. There are plenty of rental shops around for cars, motorbikes, scooters, or if you’re feeling really energetic, bicycles. Your resort or tour operator may also be able to assist and you may find they have access to some better offers.
