Known as the original site of what we now know as the Olympic Games, Olympia is an ancient city of Greece located in the district of Elis. Olympia is not a town, but a sanctuary designed for worshipping the Gods. In current times visitors from all over the world visit Olympia for a glimpse into its ancient history and traditions. While there aren’t an extremely large amount of hotels in Olympia, there is a suitable amount for quick stays through the city.
