Makedonia Palace Hotel - Thessaloniki

This hotel, without doubt, is one of the best in Greece for luxury. Size and facilities are vast, every thought has been put into practice, to make the guests comfortable. Highly recommended.

The rooms are all very large and kept in exceptional condition along with the bathrooms. All rooms are decorated and furnished to an exceptionally high standard in pale yellows and wonderful reds and oranges.They are equipped with satellite television, stereo, mini bar, individually controlled heating/air conditioning, PC data port, hairdryer and designer toiletries. Rooms have city views.

There are several excellent restaurants, but the main one is located off the reception area, offering exceptional views of the sea and excellent cuisine and service. Tastefully furnished to a very high standard. Excellent top floor A la carte. The bar on the top flooor also has amazing sea views and a relaxed atmosphere.

The lobby is very large, probably the most luxurious in Greece and is in outstanding condition, decorated in light pastel colours with marble floors some with mosiac areas. There is also extensive comfortable seating with a large lounge area just off the main reception.

The building is a large block, a modernised 1960's building.
