Introduction to Loutraki, Greece
Loutraki is a small coastal town located just less than two miles from Corinthia, Greece. Because it is largely a tourist haven and it is quite easy to find. Its natural springs draw a number of visitors to the city throughout the year. For those coming to town specifically for the springs, there are a number of accommodations suitable for such occasions. Even the name 'Loutraki' means 'Spring' in Greek. Perhaps many tourists purchased bottles of its spring water before visiting the islands. If frolicking through the northern mountains, be sure to stop by the Osios Patapios monastery, as it is only six miles from the city centre.
