The rooms are spacious with high ceilings and furnished to a very high standard with heavy wooden furniture, good fabrics and thick carpets over soft wooden floors. They are fully air conditioned, they have internet connection and a 21" TV, soundproof windows and reportedly the best quality mattresses and pillows that can be found in any hotel on the city.

The restaurant and bar offers a varied gourmet menu, maintaining and setting high standards of culinary satisfaction for the guests.

The lobby and lounge are medium sized and shares the same luxurious features as the rest of the hotel. The hotel has a well equipped conference facility for up to 80 guests. There is a parking facility 100m down the street, where guests can have access by paying a small fee. Le Palace is also dedicated to operating a green policy throughout the hotel, using mainly natural gas for the majority of the hotel's energy needs.
