Blue Dome Hotel - Crete

The Blue Dome Hotel, Crete is located on the beach, and is 5 minutes walk from Platanias Village, where there are a good selection of local shops, bars, tavernas and a small supermarket. The historic town of Chania, with its scenic port and buildings is around 15 minutes drive away. The well run, family owned Blue Dome Hotel has two swimming pools, one for adults, the other for children. It has spacious apartment style rooms, that have a small dining area and kitchenette, fitted with two electric hot plates.

The rooms are apartment style and very spacious and comfortable, equipped with air conditioning (at an additional supplement) and self catering facilities. They all come with a balcony overlooking the gardens, pool and the sea and have a dining area. They are furnished with gusto and all fittings are of a very high quality.

The restaurant and cafeteria is at the main building, the tables extend outside around the pool area. They offer a varied a la carte breakfast and meal menu. There is a beach bar serving refreshments.

The lobby is medium sized and connects with the cafeteria, that opens to the pool area through large glass panel doors.

The hotel consists of a main building and rows of four apartment blocks side by side along a path that leads to the pool area and eventually the beach.
