Axos Hotel - Crete

The friendly, professionally, family managed Axos Hotel Crete is located in the centre of Platanes. It is within a few minutes walk from a slightly pebbly, rough sand beach and various local tavernas and shops. The main town of Rethymnon can be reached via a 10 minute taxi ride or a regular public bus, that stops very close to the hotel. The Axos Hotel has nicely decorated, bright rooms, a cosy pool area and provides free wireless internet access.

The studio rooms are medium sized and they have good quality wooden furniture and many facilities included, such as kitchenette, air conditioning, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, hair dryer and balconies most of which are overlooking the garden and pool.

The hotel has a good restaurant that serves a full buffet breakfast (sometimes during the low season the hotel will offer an a'la carte breakfast option).

The lobby is medium sized. There is also a gift shop near the entrance where guests can benefit from an exclusive discount on every purchase.

It is a 2 storey white and terra cotta coloured building. It is built in an L shape that encloses the pool and garden.
