Ilisia, which is often spelled Ilissia, is one of the most upscale districts in Greece's capital and best known city, Athens. The district is just a few steps away from the commercial and business district of Athens. Ilisia hotels rank among the most luxurious in the whole of Athens, and many rooms in these four- and five-star accommodations directly face one of the city's most famous landmarks, the Acropolis, as well as Lycabettus Hill.
