This is a family run property in a perfect location. Chania is close enough for a day trip, however the guests will most likely be captivated by the easy lifestyle, wonderful natural setting and the friendliness of local people at Kalyves rather than any other attraction available nearby.
The rooms are medium sized, clean and furnished in a basic way, with wooden furniture and kitchenette equipment. Air conditioning is available but paid locally to the hotel. All rooms have balconies that open to the bougainvillea flowered patio and with views to the sea.
The hotel doesn't have a restaurant area as such as it is a self catering option. There is adequate variety of shops and restaurants in the near vicinity to satisfy every catering need.

The owners will welcome guests like old friends in the patio area and take them to their rooms.
Exterior:
It is a whitewashed building surrounded by a flowered patio. A footpath from the beachfront will lead you there in a few seconds.
