A total of 16 currency exchange outlets can be found in Terminals 1 and 2, as well as seven banks, and numerous ATMs. Most of Frankfurt’s major tour operators and travel agents have counters here. Post offices are found in Terminal 1, departures hall B and in transit area B and there’s a self-service post office in Terminal 2.
Fax, internet access and credit card phones are also available. Both terminals offer a huge range of shops featuring a wide array of items, including fashion, flowers and perfumes. Services include dry cleaners and hairdressers and there’s also a casino onsite. You’ll also find art galleries in both terminals.
Information kiosks are located in the arrivals and departures halls of both terminals and are staffed round the clock. You’ll also find touch-screen information displays throughout the airport.

Transportation: to the centre is quickest on the S-Bahn commuter train, departing from the Airport Train Station underneath Terminal 1. Trains operate on a 10 minute schedule, with the journey taking only around 11 minutes. Bus service is also available, running from the Airport Train Station – at the Busbahnhof signs, every 20-30 minutes. They trip to the centre take 30 minutes. Taxis are plentiful and found outside the main terminal exit, journey time is 20-30 minutes.
Short-term parking area is found in front of the Departures terminal and long-term parking lots P2 - P8, are adjacent to the terminal. A free shuttle bus provides transport to all parking areas from 05:00 to 01:00 daily.
