Facilities at the terminal include two snack bars, a bistro, a bar and a restaurant there is also a post office, bank and currency exchange counter. ATMs, newsagents, duty-free shops, 24-hour first aid, travel agents and tourist information services are also available.

Bus 128 connects to the U6 line at Kurt-Schumacher-Platz; and bus 109 and express bus X9 depart every 5 to 10 minutes daily, from 05:00-24:00, connecting to the U7 at Jakob-Kaiser-Platz, before continuing on to Bahnhof Zoo. The journey on the X9 bus is approximately 30 minutes. Taxis are plentiful at the airport, with a taxi rank immediately outside the arrivals hall.
Parking: car parks are located underneath and around the terminal. P1 provides covered parking facilities and P2 and PK are quite close to the terminal building. P5 is designated for long-term parking requirements.
