Zum Rappen Hotel - Rothenburg ob der Tauber

Guests must dine in the attractive, traditionally decorated, restaurant in the 'Gasthof-zum Rappen' next door but there is bar located in the basement. It has a very relaxing and rustic atmosphere, with its open fire place, beautifully carved wooden chairs and wagon wheels hanging from the wood panelled walls.

The hotel has a medium sized, modern reception area. It has been furnished with light wood, pretty pastel armchairs and large pot plants in complete contrast to the typical 'rothenburg' hotel style.

Only having recently been built, it very much resembles a typically English country house hotel. It is subtly painted in a creamy colour with sloping tiled roofs and car parking space at the front.
