The elegant restaurant is furnished with a wood panelled floor, high-backed polished dark wood chairs and red wood panels on the otherwise white walls. It offers international dishes and Franconian specialities. The hotel also has a cocktail bar with a fire place and wooden tables and semi-circular brown chairs with bright red cushions.

Floor-to-ceiling windows, the ceiling and lift are also glass. The colour scheme throughout the hotel is of white, black and red with occasional touches of grey or yellow and all rooms look very bright thanks to the white painted walls and ceilings, and the lack of pictures or decoration on the walls.

It is a very attractive historical building of classical traditional design but with modern frontage and lobby area.
