The "Blue Salon" is located in the historical part of the hotel and according to its name carpets and upholstery are in dark blue colour. The restaurant has an atmosphere of elegance and beautiful decoration. Guests can enjoy regional delicacies and the famous Mosel wines. During the summer season there is also the possibility to sit on the terrace facing the beautiful park.
