Introduction to Munich - Schwabing

Twice the size of New York’s Central Park, this massive space is laced with recreation paths, gardens, lawns and other attractions. The Eisbach Stream runs through the park and even has a spot where people surf. Museums are another highlight of this district, with some spectacular art collections on display at the Old Painting Gallery, the Neue Pinakothek and the Glyptothek.
