Massive Frankfurt Airport is the ninth-busiest airport in the world, serving the banking, manufacturing and commercial hub of the city and region. The frequent international trade fairs held in the city have expanded its coverage by the world’s major carriers, with flights connecting Frankfurt with cities on five continents.
