Introduction to Erding, Germany
A community of around 40,000 people, the charming town of Erding in Bavaria is a good place to escape from the hustle and bustle of modern life for a while. It is about 40 minutes by car from Munich and connected to it by S-Bahn trains as well. The pace of life tends to be rather gentle here, and visitors are always given a warm welcome. Freshly brewed beer can also be sampled in the town's bars and traditional pubs, which can be found in abundance here. The large and lovely Stadpark is located just to the south of the town centre, and this is a great place to relax for a while on a sunny day.
