Introduction to Aufham, Germany
Aufham, a small town located just a few kilometers from the Austrian border and the Austrian city of Salzburg, is a traditional Bavarian town. Most visitors come to the town for a simple, relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle of larger cities. There is a medicinal spa in the town which visitors use to revitalise their bodies. Aufham hotels are either simple bed and breakfasts or more sophisticated places to stay with excellent facilities and an on-site spa. Many visitors enjoy popping across the border to visit Salzburg, whose Old Town is a UNESCO World Heritage site. His former residence has been turned into a museum which details his life and exhibits many of his possessions.
