Introduction to Aachen, Germany
The historical city of Aachen is located in the northeast of Germany, very close to the borders with the Netherlands and Belgium. It is known for its many old and significant sights, as well as its various spas. Hotels in Aachen are generally located in the central and western parts of the city. The larger, more luxurious, well facilitated hotels in Aachen are in the centre and northwest, very close to the main landmarks and sights, including Aachen Cathedral, Elisenbrunnen Hall and the city gates.
