Getting There

Getting to Lyon
By air: located about 25kms from the city, Lyon-St-Exupery Airport serves more than 40 airlines that fly to over 100 destinations around the world in all continents. The airport provides first-class facilities for passengers, including ATMs, a post office, snack bars, restaurants, pharmacy, duty-free shops and two airport hotels. From the airport, you can either take a taxi or hop on the Satobus coach, which is a cheap alternative, with daily services.
By rail: TGV trains connect Lyon to Paris and Marseille and Geneva, all taking about two hours. Lyon has two main railway stations: Lyon Part-Dieu and Lyon Perrache, both receiving a great number of trains from other cities daily. Trains operated by local provider, SNCF, also run between Lyon and other French destinations. There is a bus link to Lyon-St-Exupery Airport from both stations.
By bus: the coach station is located at Lyon Perrache railway station and provides links throughout Europe.
