Located at the foot of 450kms of slopes, 60m from Rochebrune Telepherique cable car, the Royal Rochebrune Hotel, Chamonix Mont Blanc, offers contemporary style lodgings in en suite balcony rooms, a breakfast and dinner restaurant, an apres ski bar, sauna and heated outdoor pool in summer. Doubles, Royal Doubles and suites are available, as well as ski rental with discount, car parking and a TV lounge, although rooms are on the small side and noisy on the lower floors. Rates are average for expensive Megeve, but reduced recently. Service is helpful and the staff members speak English. The residence is suitable for families and is good for summer as well as winter visits.
