Introduction to Nimes - City Centre
The quaint city of Nimes has plenty to offer visitors. There are lots of hotels in Nimes, most of which are concentrated in the active and lively central area. Nimes city centre has lots of shops, restaurants, chick coffee bars and cafes. However, there are also plenty of country experiences to be had while here. If you are staying at one of the Nimes hotels, you will likely experience the farmers market, which is held every Tuesday. During the summer, there are also local products and crafts market each Thursday evening. Out of the centre, there are numerous vineyards, along with the accompanying manufacturing centres. Here, the hotels in Nimes are of a quieter more informal style. They are very comfortable and modern, but have that additional country welcome included. Visitors coming here should also really make an effort to see the local attraction; Pont du Gard, a Roman aqueduct that previously was the main watersupply for the town.other spellings: nimeshotels city center, nimes city otel, nime hotell center, nimes hote sity center
