Introduction to Lyon - Vieux Lyon
There is nowhere more beautiful in Lyon than Lyon Vieux Lyon, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and one of the most extensive Renaissance urbanisations in Europe as is extends over 24 hectares. It is found in the fifth district of the city and is divided into three quarters. It has a number of significant medieval buildings and cultural sites, and a real old world charm about it that is appealing to many visitors.
