Le Grand Hotel Saint Chaffrey - Briancon

Le Grand Hotel Saint Chaffrey is a large property in one of Europe’s oldest ski resorts. The Serre Chevalier region is home to at least 4 villages, as well as Briançon, a historic town famous for its cobbled streets and just 20 minutes’ drive. The historic Chantemerle cable car is directly opposite the residence, while it is easy to stumble back here after sampling some of the resort’s liveliest nightlife. The rooms are well furnished, with balcony rooms offering spectacular mountain views. Double rooms are most suitable for families, catering to 4 guests courtesy of each room’s additional bunk bed; all rooms come with private bathrooms and television. Although there are plenty of bars in the town, more mature guests will be happy to drink in the alpine bar, complete with open fire.
