The restored 17th century La Ferme Du Lac Farm House, Limoges, sits at the bottom of a scenic wooded valley in one of France's most beautiful countryside areas less than 50kms from Limoges. Pets, children and guests of all ages are invited to stay at any of the 4 available self catering cottages called ‘gites’, or the 5 more luxurious bed and breakfast rooms within the main farmhouse. Quiet camping spots are also available by the large lake, filled with pike and carp ready to catch. Guests can arrange to eat the foods they most enjoy at the property's private restaurant, bar and pizzeria; all vegetables are grown on the farmhouse garden. Welcome barbeques are held each Saturday night in the summer. Continental breakfasts are available all year long, and full English breakfasts are available during the off season.
