Ferney-Voltaire-Thoiry is really the two small French towns of Ferney-Voltaire and Thoiry, which are close to each other. They are located in eastern France close to the Swiss border and Lake Geneva. Although Geneva Airport is in Switzerland there is a passenger entrance to it in France, at Ferney-Voltaire.
