Du Nord Hotel Corte - Corsica

No hotel on the French island of Corsica is older than the centrally located Du Nord Hotel Corte. The beautiful hotel building dates back to 1830, but underwent a thorough renovation in 2003 to include all modern conveniences while still retaining its old fashioned charm. Its 16 spacious guestrooms include double standard rooms, double rooms with beautiful views of the mountains and countryside surrounding the community of Corte, triple rooms, and quadruple rooms to accommodate families. Although the hotel is largely a non smoking establishment, a room for smokers is available upon request. Guests can spend their entire Corsica holiday in this hotel as it is less than a 2 and a half hour drive from all corners of the island. The closest beaches are 45 minutes away, while the cities of Bastia and Calvi are each 60 minutes away.
