The Castel Albertine Hotel, Honfleur, is a mid range hotel just 6 minutes’ walk from the town’s old harbour. Here, visitors can enjoy a typical French lunch at the ‘Vieux Bassin’, before enjoying some of the art at the Boudin Museum. Parking in Honfleur is difficult at the best of times, so guests should try and reserve one of the hotel’s limited secure spaces before arrival. Otherwise, the street parking outside is considered to be safe. Facilities are fairly basic in many ways, there is no lift for example, but the hotel does serve an adequate continental breakfast each morning. There are also grocery stores opposite for those who would like to prepare their own breakfasts or picnics.
