The Best Western Hotel Central Saint Malo is a medium sized option in the city centre. This hotel's well decorated guest rooms come with all the typical amenities, such as satellite TV and wireless internet access. Many of them overlook cobbled streets, close to one of the city wall’s main gates. Its central location is the main reason to stay here, as it is around 15 minutes’ walk from the ferry terminal and right beside some of the best shops and restaurants. However, it would be a mistake not to sample the property’s own magnificent restaurant just once. Unsurprisingly, this nautically themed eatery specialises in seafood, such as scallops, sea bass and winkles. This residence does have its own car park, but public parking is also available near the end of the city walls.

The restaurant is ideally located on the ground floor with good access to the street. It is quite rustic in atmosphere and caters for outside visitors as well as hotel guests.

The small lobby area is situated close by the entrance to the restaurant and the tiny cosy little bar. This area is quite functional with a small seating area, marble floors and rugs to warm the place up.

This traditional building perfectly blends in with the neighbouring facades, which are in the ancient style of the medieval walled city.
