The Beach Residence Apparthotel Antibes is located in the town of Juan Les Pins. Holidaymakers are an easy stroll from the beach and are minutes from the many local shops and restaurants of the town centre, which is 3 minutes on foot. Antibes town proper, where the popular Château Grimaldi the Musée Picasso are situated, can be reached by car. Excursion agencies dot the neighbourhood, and there are many beaches nearby, stretching from Juan Les Pins to Antibes. The apartments offered are very modern and well laid out. In the summer months reception is open from 8 am to 12 noon and from 2 pm to 8 pm. During the other seasons the reception is closed on Wednesdays and Sundays and is open between 9 am and 12 noon and from 4 pm to 7 pm on the other days. Check-in is from 4 pm to 7 pm. Late check-in is available but guests need to contact the residence in advance. Guests are requested to check out by 10 am on the day of their departure. Guests are asked to leave their credit card number as a deposit for the apartments.
