Santa Claus Village: is one of the most visited venues for tourists. Located on the Arctic Circle, the village is home to Santa as well as sledging hills and other snow-filled activities. Amethyst Mine: is located on top of the scenic Lampivaara hill, about 130kms to the north of the city. It is possible to walk into the world of sparkling gemstones and listen to fascinating stories about these precious stones. You will also have a chance to dig for your very own amethyst.
