Introduction to Turku - City Centre
Turku is an ancient city close to the southwest coast of Finland. It looks over the Baltic Sea towards the Aland Islands and Sweden. Turku city centre dates from the 13th century and is spread along both banks of the River Aura as it flows to the Baltic.
