Sokos Ilves Hotel - Tampere

A high-standard hotel and arguably the best centrally-located property in the town.

All rooms are large and in good condition, and almost all are decorated and furnished in exactly the same style. Most rooms have 2 large beds, chair and a dark or tan pine worktop. Curtains and bedclothes are light yellow, green or blue. Bathrooms are in good condition, with white and tan tiles.

Located on the ground floor, the restaurant is a large area under a glass dome with a market atmosphere.

The lobby area is large and guests enter under spotlit archway. There is some seating, although furnishing here is kept to a minimum.

It is an impressive high-rise modern structure which dominates the surrounding area.
