The Palace Linna Hotel, Helsinki is a landmark hotel which has been converted from a historic Gothic castle building. This hotel is located 17 kms from Helsinki Vantaa Airport and is only 5 - 10 minutes walk from the city centre and its shops, bars, clubs and restaurants. The rooms are located in a modern wing to the rear of the original historic "Castle" building in which all the public areas can be found. Both the rooms and the bathrooms are in exceptional condition.

The breakfast room is in the lower ground floor in a superbly atmospheric cellar-like room with attractive vaulted ceiling and other period features which have been beautifully restored.

The lobby is small and cosy and benefits from a host of period features including a gorgeous, high, vaulted ceiling.

This hotel is quite a local focal point, resembling a gothic castle though it was actually built towards the start of the last century.
