Oulu is the largest city in Northern Finland, located in the Oulu province within the Northern Ostrobothnian region. A cultural and gastronomic hub, the city boasts year-round events and activities, including the Garlic Night in the summer and the air guitar world championships held in September. Oulu hotels offer plentiful accommodation, and there’s something to suit every budget. There are special summer hotels in Oulu, and visitors can also camp in the Nallikari area during this season.
