Fiji Travel Guide - Visa

Visa-exempt visitors can stay in Fijji for four months which can be extended for a further six months where proof of onward travel is provided. Immigration officers may also require evidence that the traveller has sufficient funds to prolong their stay.
Those that are required to purchase visas at Fijjian missions abroad will usually find them expensive – getting a visa in Wellington, New Zealand, for example, costs NZ$105. Applicants are required to submit a completed personal information form along with two recent photographs and can expect the process to take up to one month. All visitors are required to arrive with a passport that is valid for at least three months beyond the intended period of stay in Fijji.
