Wireless Internet access is available in the Departure lounges and web points are also located on the catering mezzanine in Terminal 4. Boots the Chemist have outlets for over-the-counter medicines in all of the terminals, while a chemist in Terminal 1 can dispense prescription medications. The Heathrow Health Centre on the ground floor of Queens Building has qualified nurses offering basic health services.
There are excellent facilities throughout the airport including ATM's, bureaux de change, public telephones, restaurants, bars, fast-food outlets, coffee shops and a range of services for the business traveller. Post offices are located in Terminals 2 and 4. Each terminal has extensive shopping and duty free stores. Information desks are available to assist with flight details and local transport. General visitor information can be obtained from the Hotel and Traveller Centre in Terminal 3.
The London Underground has stations at all of the terminals, with journey times taking approximately 40 to 50 minutes, depending on your final destination. There are numerous buses that run from the airport to London Victoria coach station, and taxis are also available.

Parking: there are several car parks available and each terminal has its own short-stay parking lot. A free shuttle bus operates between the long term car parks and the terminal buildings. Parking spaces can be reserved in advance by booking online or by telephone.
